We provide a simple way to permanently delete your data and 'Cloud Identity' directly from within the ReflexLab app.
In-App Deletion Steps
- Open ReflexLab
- Tap the Profile icon (bottom navigation)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "DELETE DATA"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Impact of Deletion: This will permanently delete your Cloud Identity (display name, anonymous account), all leaderboard scores, and username reservation from our servers. Local data on your device will also be cleared.
Please note that once data is deleted via this method, it cannot be recovered. If you later choose to use the app again, you will start with a fresh, empty profile.
